The data on individuals that we process includes names and contact details (email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses), as well as names of employers and roles/positions within the employing company.

We process this data in order to communicate with current and prospective users of Now-Casting services. We need to do this both in order to explain our services to prospective users and to deliver the service to active users.

We occasionally share this data with third parties with whom we make joint approaches to prospective customers.

For how long do we keep this data?

We keep this data indefinitely, as we hope that our relationships with existing users will continue for the long term, and opportunities to re-establish contact with past users and prospects may come up in the future.

What is our lawful basis for processing this data?

We need to process this data in order to fulfil our contractual obligations to our customers, and to give trials as promised to prospective customers. We also need to process this data to pursue our legitimate interest in developing the Now-Casting business by finding new prospective customers.
